The vineyards spread over an area of about 15 hectares. The land on which they are implanted on the border between areas of volcanic origin (Amiata), and areas of sedimentary origin (Tyrrhenian Sea). This combination of soils of different nature, creates the ideal conditions for the rainwater to drain, the roots can breathe and the screw to make the most complex mineral present in the various layers of the soil. Each vineyard has been designed separately in search of the best combination of soil, rootstock, grape variety. Each is harvested and vinified separately. The wines currently on the market are made from sangiovese and are two:
-the ROCCAPESTA, D.O.C Morellino di Scansano, 2005 vintage;
-the CALESTAIA, D.O.C. Morellino di Scansano Riserva 2004 harvest.
