Eat healthy to feel good! We chose for our restaurant a sustainable cuisine, adopting a Km 0 and organic philosophy. We produce the raw materials we cook or buy them from local producers hear in Maremma and Val d’Orcia valleys and Mount Amiata. We embraced the organic philosophy because we want to be respectful of people and environment. If we do not find organic produces we make sure they come from the region Tuscany and grow with respect for human and animals values.
We prepare our own pastries, cakes, jams and pasta; we pick up vegetables from our garden; cheeses and meat are locally produced by organic farming; we make bread with organic whole flour and bake it in wood stove.
Our restaurant offers excellent cuisine inspired by the Tuscan tradition, vegetarian and vegan. On request we also realize customized menus gluten free and ethnic, taking care of potential food allergies.
The restaurant opens every day for lunch and dinner during the high season and offers a seasonal menu with a selection of local wines and microbrew beers.
We have a kids corner and our restaurant is the ideal place to organize birthdays, corporate events and meetings, ceremonies and other events.
