The gentle approach to well-being from which Terme di Saturnia draws its inspiration, still allows the pleasures of the table. In fact this is actually encouraged, in the belief that good food, consumed with zest and in style, is the foundation of renaissance. Learning another tasty, stimulating way of eating surprising combinations and flavours is offered to the guests in the resort’s two high-quality restaurants: “Aqualuce” and “All’Acquacotta”.
The centrepiece is great Tuscan traditional cuisine with a twist by Chef Giuseppe Zibetti in a new healthy menu using very local ingredients. This doesn’t mean renouncing the pleasures of the noblest of Italian regional cuisine, but rather its refinement through the selection of excellent primary produce and zero-kilometre ingredients and the introduction to this healthy and delicious cuisine in a perfect setting: candlelit, from a table overlooking the hot spring spa concealed by its magical steam.
The pleasure of eating is heightened by slowly savouring each sensation, letting go of bad habits and loving your body through food.
